2014 - 2019

The City of Cedar Park engages in a thorough community outreach process.

2015

Voters approve a transportation bond, with funding for the realignment of Bell Boulevard.

Coordination

2020

The City of Cedar Park and RedLeaf enter into a Master Developer Agreement.

RedLeaf begins design on The Bell District in collaboration with project partners.
