Developed in partnership between the City of Cedar Park and RedLeaf Partners, The Bell District is a destination that celebrates the best of the Cedar Park community. The walkable, mixed-use development will offer local restaurants, retail, and ample public green space along with new homes and workplaces.

Designed based on years of community planning and input, The Bell District is revitalizing 54 acres in the heart of Cedar Park and providing a gathering place that residents of all ages can enjoy.

The Library

Nestled among the live oak and pecan trees, the new Cedar Park Public Library opened in 2024 and is designed to be a hub for the entire community. The 47,000-square foot building was designed by renowned architects Lake|Flato and features an expanded library collection, community meeting and event rooms, maker spaces and learning opportunities including STEM kits and 3D printers. The Backyard

Framed by a scenic grove of Pecan and Live Oak trees, The Backyard serves as the heart of The Bell District. The great lawn anchors many acres of park space and provides the perfect place to gather, play, picnic, enjoy a library book, or rest along your bike ride. Visitors can enjoy the spring fed creek or the trails that run through Bell Park and connect to The Backyard and look forward to activities such as live music, outdoor movies, lawn games, exercise classes, and more.

The Trails

Visitors can enjoy new trails weaving through Bell Park, surrounded by lush greenspace, a spring fed creek, trailhead facilities, and interactive playscapes. Visitors can access the trails within The Bell District through the Bell Park facilities and The Backyard where parking is available. The trails connect to the Cedar Park Regional Trail Network, with pedestrian and bicycle access on Bell Boulevard and Timber Trail.

The Marketplace

Positioned along The Backyard, The Marketplace at Bell will be home to local restaurants and curated retail. The Marketplace will be a daytime getaway and a nighttime escape – a place where lively conversations meet food for thought.

At The Marketplace, visitors will discover patios that spill out into The Backyard, where BBQ and a glass of wine can be enjoyed separately or as one. Come as you are – dressed up or dressed down – to connect over a fresh meal or unwind while you shop.

The Residences

A fresh take on Cedar Park living, The Residences at Bell will offer a variety of housing options in an easy-going, walkable environment. The first phase of The Bell District residences will include apartments in mixed-use buildings with ground floor retail and additional restaurants and recreational amenities only steps away.

Future residential phases will also include The Brownstones, a walkable townhome community with homes available for purchase.

The Offices

With convenient access to major transportation corridors including Highway 183A, as well the amenities within The Bell District, The Offices at Bell will be a sought-after location for the growing professional base in Cedar Park. When employees step outside The Offices, they can meet a coworker for coffee at The Marketplace, enjoy lunch under the trees in The Backyard, or take a walking break along the trails.
