The development

The Bell District will transform Bell Boulevard — one of the oldest and most central corridors in the city — into a vibrant and walkable destination that serves as the heartbeat of Cedar Park.

During a city-wide comprehensive planning process in 2014, the community expressed a strong desire to see Bell Boulevard revitalized. This led to the formation of a public-private partnership between the City of Cedar Park and RedLeaf, a developer known for creating transformative communities.

Filled with local restaurants, retail and recreational options, The Bell District will be a new destination that brings people together to celebrate the best of Cedar Park.

Restaurants and Retail

The Bell District will feature a mix of dining and retail partners. With more than 80,000 square feet of retail planned, The Marketplace at Bell will provide a daytime getaway and a nighttime escape for visitors and residents alike.

The Marketplace will be positioned on the south side of the district, surrounding a great lawn shaded by 100 year-old pecan trees.
